  • This guarantee covers transport-related problems: loss or damage that may occur after your package is handed over to the carrier until it is received.

  • In case of a problem with the delivery

    If your package appears to be delayed or lost , don't panic.
    Before making any claim, here are the steps to check:

    1. Check the package tracking via the link received by email (or on the package tracking page here with your order number).
    2. Confirm the delivery address and make sure that no delivery notice has been left.
    3. If the package is marked “delivered” but has not been received, check with your family or the indicated collection point.


  • What the warranty covers

    The UP Shipping Guarantee allows you to:

    • either to obtain a free replacement of the product in question,
    • or to obtain a refund.

    Each case is examined individually to provide the fairest and quickest solution.


  • Deadlines and conditions

    - The claim must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the package or 60 days from the day of shipment (if not received).

    - Proof (photo or statement) may be requested to support your claim.

    - Damaged products received must be kept or returned following our instructions .

  • Following this request, you will be asked to detail your request (unless you have already sent an email to artifact.mokup@gmail.com ) by indicating in particular the shipping date , a clear description of the problem and to attach photos if the item is damaged.
