Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a preorder, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy specifies how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the term and frequency of the subscription you selected.
Your payment data will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. The confirmation emails for your order include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Preorders (Made-to-order)
When you purchase a preorder, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon. We may take no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at the time of order, record your payment method, and then, as applicable, charge the full payment or the remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a preorder that is partially paid or fully paid, which has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you order an item to try before buying it, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain period to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once the period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
